Kyle and Kylie are not only so so adorable but their wedding planning skills are on point. They worked so hard to make their wedding day not only beautiful but personal and perfect. We were honored to serve as their florist and coordinator . Their Opelika Alabama wedding at the Railyard , an historic cotton warehouse setting was so perfect for the clearspan tent, Fab You Blissgorgeous naked cake and stunning mix matched maids and dashing wedding party. The courtyard was such a perfect intimate southern wedding setting for the vows and reception. Long tables set with white ironstone plates, gray linen napkins and glassware twinkled under the strands of market lights above. We loved adding bleached wood boxes full of , wildflowers and foraged eleagnus branches down their tables. After adding the finishing touches of more greenery and candles on their amazing day, we couldn't wait to get the photos from Katie and Alec and they are amazing! Cheers and happily ever after to this darling couple whose wedding was chosen as a feature in ... wedding blog. .
We are always thrilled that Alabama brides want flowers for the cake table.Every florist (at least that we know!) would agree that fresh flowers add the special touch to wedding cake. One tip - to capture your indoor cake in the "best light" sight next to a window if possible and in front of a lovely backdrop.
Added to the top, as a base or backdrop to the table, flowers are the jewelry to your wedding day. They add not only color but texture fragrance , romance and tie all the decor elements together.
Here are a few of our favorites...from naked to fully dresses, they all have floral "jewelry" and were as delicious as they look!
